As of yesterday my flat is rented. I didn’t advertise or took any steps to get a tenent. The need is so much that someone approached me and it all went fast and quick. On Friday, he called and I went over to meet and discuss the terms. On Saturday, they moved in. Voila! quick and painless. Hopefully, I can forget about flat for sometime.
